Bruce Smith convicted of rocking the party

We know Bruce Smith likes to rock the party. This much we know. He’s got three DUI arrests, so indeed, he rocks the party. But this time, the party rocked him back in the form of a DUI conviction that landed him a 90-day suspended sentence and a $350 cash fine. And good news for the fine folks of Virginia, he won’t have his license for a year.

Smith’s lawyer argued that he couldn’t do the heel-to-toe a standing-on-one-leg portions of the field sobriety tests because of all his various knee surgeries. And we can imagine that all of those surgeries, combined with being hammered, made it really difficult.
