Jets cut Bubba Franks

The Jets have released tight end Bubba Franks.

The 31-year old had knee issues that kept him from practicing this offseason. It must have been a big problem because after Dustin Keller, they don’t have much in the way of tight ends on the roster. Keller seems like he could really be a player, but they better hope he doesn’t get hurt.
