Big Ben’s accuser offers to settle lawsuit

Well isn’t this frickin’ hysterical? Andrea McNulty, Ben Roethlisberger’s accuser in a civil sexual assault case, says she will settle her lawsuit with the two-time Super Bowl champion if he admits that he assaulter her. The problem is, no one really thinks that he assaulted her. And if you think he did, just look at the photo of her that we have provided. Two-time Super Bowl-winning QB’s do not need to force themselves onto any girls, let alone girls that look like this. Sorry to be blunt, but that’s just the deal.

The conditions are that: first, he must admit that he assaulted her; he must deliver to her a letter of apology withdrawing “the false statements and allegations that he and his agents have made about her.” And, lastly, he must donate $100,000 to the Committee to Aid Abused Women in Reno, Nev., “or a similar entity designated by the plaintiff.”

This makes absolutely no sense. If he raped her, she would have pressed criminal charges. Make all the excuses you want, if we got raped (and there are times that we wish that we had), we would report it immediately to the authorities. No one should get away with such a horrific act. But she didn’t, she waited and filed a civil lawsuit. She clearly is watching her case dissipate before her very eyes and wants to try to save face. “Just admit that you raped me and I’ll drop the whole thing.” Who in the hell does that?? And I’m going to cut a check for 100 big ones to a charity for abused women when I’ve done nothing wrong? Puh-lease. If I want to do that, it will be of my own accord, not because some scheming douche castle needs me to help her save face.

This is such a bleepin’ joke. We really wish that people who falsely accused others of rape would be subject to the same criminal prosecution that the accused would have faced had he actually done it. This complete assclown needs to get lost.
