Broncos don’t have #1 wide receiver
The Denver Broncos don’t have a true #1 wide receiver in their offense. Head coach Josh McDaniels said so. He doesn’t have a #1 WR in his gameplans every week and he’ll tell you why.

“That creates turnovers,” McDaniels said. “Defenses would love that if you would force the ball to one guy 10 or 12 times every game. They are double teaming him, and you are still throwing it to him. You are stacking the line of scrimmage on defense, and we are still running it. I don’t think you can play good football consistently trying to do it that way.”
Josh McDaniels wasn’t the offensive coordinator for the Patriots in 2007. He had nothing to do with the ball getting forced to Randy Moss for 23 TD’s on the way to a 16-0 regular season. He also didn’t decide to go to his current approach in the Super Bowl and allow the Giants to take away Moss. He didn’t think it would be a hot idea to let his other receivers help them win the game. He wasn’t at fault for thoroughly ruining the chance for a perfect season by not forcing the ball to their money maker.

Going the way of having a #1 WR? 18-0. Going the way of avoiding the #1 WR and spreading the ball around to everyone else? 0-1.
18-1. Sleep with that every night, Josh.

Thais analysis is seriously retarded. Profoundly, extraordinarily pedestrian – and retarded, not slow – retarded.
