Randy Moss, Wes Welker, questionable
The overrated New England Patriots might be in some trouble this weekend when they kick off against the Atlanta Falcons. All week the Patriots were wondering if Wes Welker would be healthy enough to play on Sunday. Now they have to worry if Randy Moss will be ready to go.

Both Wes Welker and Randy Moss are listed as questionable for Sunday’s game. Neither of the wide receivers took part in practice on Friday. Welker is still bothered by his knee and Moss appears to have a back injury.
Last Sunday against the New York Jets, with Welker not playing, Moss wasn’t able to do anything against cornerback Darrelle Revis. Revis held Moss to four catches for 24 yards. This prompted Moss, who seems to have too much pride, to sound off…
“There’s a lot of pretty talk about being a ‘shutdown corner,’” Moss said. “I don’t think there’s a shutdown corner in this league. They all get help. I could play corner and if I had somebody like Meriweather down over the top, I could be a shutdown corner, too.”
Darrelle Revis didn’t have to say anything. His teammate Bart Scott had the rebuttal…
“I hear the easy cop-out by Moss that anyone can play cornerback,” Scott said on SNY. “Sometimes, you got to give the man his credit, that (Revis) was the better man that day. It doesn’t take away from the fact that Moss is a great receiver in this league. But (Revis) shut him down. Randy was coming across the middle real slow.”
It’s going to be tough going over the middle with an injured back, so wish Randy luck this week.
