Chad Pennington out for the year

Miami Dolphins quarterback Chad Pennington will miss the rest of the NFL season with a torn capsule in his pitching shoulder.  This will be the third time in his career that he will miss a significant amount of games due to injuring his pitching shoulder, which he hurt early in the third quarter of Sunday’s 23-13 loss at San Diego.

However, there is always a silver lining.  The Dolphins are lucky enough to have one of the best unknown quarterbacks to ever step on a football field.  His name is Chad Henne.  The 57th overall pick in 2008 played his college ball at Michigan where he threw for 9,700 yards and 87 touchdowns.  Henne was scheduled to start for the Dolphins in 2010, but it seems his time is now.  Let me repeat myself, his time is now.
