Lee Elia rant
We’ve posted this numerous times on OTR, but it doesn’t get old. No, it’s not safe for work…….that is…….unless you work in a brothel. In that case, the contents of this video might not be that offensive. Lee Elia’s occasional swearing and harsh tones are probably nothing compared to the daily grind of the dark underbelly of an illegal drug- and sex-infused world. But we digress.
This is from 1983 and it’s great. Then Chicago Cubs manager Lee Elia blasts the local fans for their nasty treatment of the Cubs. We already posted several other videos this evening, might as well keep it going.

I had the pleasure of unexpectedly sitting next to Lee at the Angels/Yankees game last night. I didnt recognize him but did recognize his name when I asked him who he was (he had a Phillies 1980 WS ring on). He was AWESOME. Totally cool to me and my 14 yr old son, had a blast chatting with him all night, super cool guy. When I got home I googled his name and found out all about this rant, he was already my hero before knowing that and the rant just reinforces my instincts! Dude is a stud!
