Max Gerlach, the original 9-year old hockey phenom

When Micah posted his Best junior hockey player ever? post the other day, I said to myself, “Wait, I saw that before.”
And indeed I did.
I had to go back to our old site and rummage through the archives but I found it. Two years ago, 9-year old Max Gerlach made the ESPN TOP 10 plays of the night with the same exact shot. Check out the similarities.
Play the first one, then count ‘one Mississippi, two Mississippi,’ then play the second one. If you do that you can view each boys hitting the shot simultaneously.

still amazing anyway but good job with finding the prior video and giving the original kid his props.
