Sam Bradford to have season-ending surgery
As expected, Oklahoma Sooners quarterback Sam Bradford is scheduled to undergo season-ending surgery on his injured shoulder, not his good shoulder.

So what is the next step? Bradford has the choice to return next year to Oklahoma and try to put together a masterful season and get back in the top five in the NFL draft. Or he can enter the 2010 NFL draft where he most likely will be selected in the middle or towards the end of the first round.
OTR’s advice, take the money. If Bradford goes back to Oklahoma next season and reinjures himself his draft stock will crash harder than the stock market last year. He made the wrong choice by not entering the 2009 NFL draft and can’t make the wrong decision again.
There are plenty of NFL teams that need a quarterback for the future and Sam Bradford can definitely help out.
