Braylon charged with assault
New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards has been charged with assault in connection with an incident outside of a Cleveland nightclub, a source tells the Cleveland Plain Dealer.
Edwards is accused of punching nightclub promoter Edward Givens at 2:30am outside of a club. Givens is a friend of LeBron James and we think that Braylon is a not-so-closet Orlando Magic fan. His goal is to punch out all of LeBron’s friends (except Shaq for obvious reasons).
James himself called the incident “childish.”
Braylon faces a sentence of up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted.
