Tyson could be in some serious trouble

That is, unless he doesn’t see prison time as serious trouble. Updating Perry’s previous post on the Mike Tyson LAX incident, the troubled former boxer could be facing prison time if charges are filed because it could be a violation of his probation in Arizona. Tyson was arrested on felony cocaine possession and misdemeanor DUI charges there in 2007.

According to our pals at TMZ, Tyson was given three years probation and, one of the terms of the probation? Um, he couldn’t violate any laws.

A probation official tells TMZ that if charges are filed against Tyson, the worst case scenario would be a minimum of five years in the can. Uh oh.
