Clausen punched in the face by fan
In yet another example of fans not keeping their crap together, Notre Dame QB Jimmy Clausen was punched in the face by an irate fan outside a bar in South Bend following a loss to UCONN, according to an ESPN source. South Bend police say that no reports were filed in this incident over the weekend.
The source said that Clausen was “sucker-punched” outside CJ’s bar after having dinner with his family. Supposedly the fan made a comment to Clausen and/or a female acquaintance. It’s not known if Clausen was getting some of that later in the evening.
The source also told ESPN that it left Clausen with quite the swollen eye, but it’s not expected to keep him from playing against Standford this weekend.
OTR is reviewing the game tape from Saturday with a fine-toothed comb to find out if Clausen got what he deserved.

This is acquiring a bit much more subjective, but I a lot prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has far more flair, and some cool functions like ‘Mixview’ that let you swiftly see associated albums, songs, or other users associated to what you’re listening to. Clicking on a single of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will occur into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” can be fantastic enjoyable, letting you locate others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to some playlist developed based on an amalgamation of what all your close friends are listening to, which can be enjoyable. Individuals concerned with privacy is going to be relieved to understand you are able to prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits should you so pick.
