Chan Ho Park wants his money back!

MLB pitcher Chan Ho Park, who last played for the Philadelphia Phillies and is mulling a $3 million offer to return to the team, is suing former teammate Chad Kreuter for the remaining dough on an unpaid loan from 2005. The two played together with the Los Angeles Dodgers as far as you know.

In the lawsuit, Park claims that he only loaned him the money because Kreuter “had been a highly compensated Major League Baseball player” and that he told Park that he “would have no difficulty paying [Park] back.”

Kreuter borrowed $460,000 at the time and signed a promissory note, but only made one payment of $290,000.

This angered Park.

Now, Park wants the remaining $170,000 plus interest and fees, totaling $226,358.76.
