Kurt Warner still expected to retire
ESPN’s Adam Schefter is reporting that the same people who informed him Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner planned to retire before the playoffs are still expecting him to call it quits and he will make the decision within the next 2-3 weeks.
In Saturday night’s 45-14 loss to the New Orleans Saints, Kurt Warner took a huge hit from defensive end Bobby McCray. Warner said after the game that the hit wouldn’t persuade him either way.
“Every time you take a hit like that, it makes you think twice about playing this game,” Warner said with a laugh. “But something like that, or even this game, will not be the determining factor on my decision.”
However, by the looks Brenda Warner after the hit, she might have something to say about it.
Did anyone else notice that there was no way Warner was going to make that tackle, nor did he make a huge effort to do so, yet Moose Johnson kept on repeating how much he respected him for sacrificing his body to make the play? Warner got leveled because he wasn’t paying attention. He was a sitting duck, slowly following behind Will Smith.

Warner is on the books for $4 million in 2010 after making $19 million this past season.

Hey Mike Perry! FUCK YOU!!!!!!!!!!
A poodle nipping at the heels of a Great Dane, FUCK YOU ! Warner was doing what most QBs never consider. You’re so meek and uninteresting you have to make a little “skip bayless” attempt to discredit a Gladiator, a Champion like MR. WARNER.
Well, eat your cowardice and mockery of the GREATEST QB EVER!!
Shit on you Perry!

I agree with Cole — Mr. Warner rules, and you do not, Michael Perry.

It’s one thing to poke fun at an NFL player, but not one who does so much great work for Christ, Mike Perry!! What have you done EVER to help serve The Lord?! Probably nothing!! You probably are a fan of Tom Brady and having babies out of wedlock!

He isn’t Brett Favre. Never was, never will be. Ignore these idiots replying to your post. You are right, he was playing half assed and paid for it. He would have been better off pretending to fall down…
To Kent – You are an idiot. Go beat people with your Bible someplace else pal. Jesus, Allah, Buddha, blah blah blah… We are talking NFL. As for Brady, yes, he is a good QB, a darn good QB, like Warner. But neither can touch Favre.

To the shit for brains calling himself johnrambo,
Favre is better than Warner? You are out of your fucking mind, out of your useless little pissant mind. I should slap you stupid. favre maybe your favortie, and he is an out an out Gladiator, end of discussion. All real football fans respect Favre, and they bow before the Greatest player and Man to play the game, Kurt Warner
I’d love 60 seconds with you, just to help you find your mind.
