Mets land Matthews, Jr.
The New York Mets have sent relief pitcher Brian Stokes to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim of Southern California of the United States of America (LAAASCUSA) in exchange for 35-year old outfielder Gary Matthews, Jr.
But why would the Mets want to absorb such a huge salary? He makes way too much! Oh….the Angels are eating $21.5 of the remaining $23.5 left on his ridiculous deal.

Matthews, Jr. will bring some much-needed pop to the Mets lineup. He hit four home runs last year and that number can only be expected to quadruple in the Mets hitter-friendly ballpark. And the Mets could also decide to use that high .250 batting average from last year at the top of the lineup if Reyes is injured.

I need to say, as much as I appreciated reading what you had to say, I couldnt help but lose attention after a while. It’s as if you had an excellent grasp on the subject matter, but you didn’t remember to include your readers. Maybe you need to think about this from more than one direction. Or maybe you shouldn’t generalise so very much. It’s better if you think about what other people may have to express instead of just going for a gut reaction on the issue. Think about modifying your own thought procedure and giving other people who might read this the benefit of the doubt.
