Warren Sapp being questioned in domestic violence case

ESPN’s Sal Paolantonio is reporting Warren Sapp is being pulled off the NFL Network’s Super Bowl coverage, because he is being questioned by Miami Beach police in a domestic violence case.  The Associated Press is calling it an ‘alleged domestic battery incident.’

The former defensive tackle for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Oakland Raiders was brought in Saturday afternoon and detectives are still interviewing him, police spokesman Juan Sanchez said.  Sapp has not been arrested, Sanchez said, and details of the allegations haven’t been released.
