Saints win, Manning sore loser

You may have heard by now that the New Orleans Saints beat the Indianapolis Colts 31-17 in Sunday’s Super Bowl. But what you may not have heard is that Peyton Manning is a poor sport and no one will really mention it because he’s Peyton Manning, Lord and Savior of all things living, deceased and/or inanimate.

That’s right, he and Reggie Wayne decided to head for the locker room as the final seconds ticked off and didn’t shake any hands. Classy.

Of course, no one will make anything of it because he’s just the best QB/player/actor/comedian/person/human in the world. Way to set an example, Peyton!

KIDS ALERT!: Ok, kids, what did Peyton Manning do wrong? Haha, yes. Obviously, he shouldn’t have thrown that bone-headed interception that ultimately sealed his team’s fate in the biggest game of the year. We’re all on the same page there. But after the game, when he just left the field without shaking hands, what should he have done? In that situation, when your heavily favored team chokes and you make a costly mistake to send your team to the golf course, you don’t just walk off the field without congratulating the other team. You first have to rip off your helmet, swear profusely, kick the Gatorade table, flip the table over and then head to the locker room without shaking hands. Subtle, yet noticeable differences.
