Upton’s numbers have been on the decline over the past two seasons. He went from batting .300 in 2007 to .241 in 2009. He also had 40 less walks and 18 more strikeouts in 2009 as compared to 2008. Over the past two years, he’s combined for 20 homeruns. In 2007 alone, he hit 24 long balls. Furthermore, his RBI total, run total, OBP, and SLG are all down as well.
Upton will seek arbitration again next season.

I must say, as much as I loved reading what you had to convey, I couldnt help but lose interest after a while. It’s as if you had a terrific grasp on the subject matter, but you didn’t remember to include your readers. Maybe you should think of this from more than 1 position. Or perhaps you shouldn’t generalise so very much. It’s better if you think of what other people may have to express rather than just going for a gut reaction on the topic. Think about modifying your own thought process and giving others who might browse this the benefit of the doubt.

I am not going to lie, you have lost me here. I realize that you meant well and you definitely know what youre talking about, but I cannot say that I get where youre coming from. In case you want people to comprehend your points, you ought to take into consideration the other side of the argument, too. Youve got a lot of know-how, Ill give you that. But, quite frankly, you turned me off with your tone.
