Cardinals finally dealing Boldin?
Gregg Rosenthal from PFT reports from the NFL Combine that the word on the street is that the Arizona Cardinals are finally going to trade WR Anquan Boldin. Their asking price was pretty high last year, with the team wanting a first- and a third-round pick.
But now, with Boldin entering the final year of his contract and with another year of wear and tear on him, a second-round pick may land a team the 29-year old. The teams who could be interested in making a move for him are the usual suspects. When it comes to getting wide receivers, someone always mentions the Baltimore Ravens and Miami Dolphins. This is the first offseason in a very long time where the Philadelphia Eagles won’t be discussed.
The Cardinals are finally in position to part ways with Boldin. Steve Breaston can certainly start and Early Doucet is working his way up the depth chart.
