A friend of mine just had new dentures and she said the dentist told her to wear them all of the time for a few days. She is still swollen so that may be why you "feel" like they are too big. It will just take some time to get used to them. The denture should fit well after the swelling of your gums are down. If not, then tell your dentist for the denture may not be made correctly. Also the dentist can ground down some of the gum line on the denture if you are still uncomfortable after your swelling goes down. Dentures should not hurt after you are healed. They should fit firmly onto your gum. Hope you are feeling better soon and if, in a week, the denture is still not "right" call your dentist. After all, you wouldn’t pay for a dress that doesn’t fit you so don’t pay for teeth that don’t fit correctly either. Good luck to you.

I don’t know much of anything about the modern Packard Bell. I am amazed they brought that name back to life here recently. I understand they are a totally different company now under totally different ownership. That being said, that name was pretty much ruined back in the 90′s with the desktop machines they were selling back then. They were awful, cheap and the customer service sucked in a big way. They were everything Dell is becomming. Whatever this new company is putting out now, I would think it would have to be pretty good, if they are planning on overcoming the bad reputation they inherited with the name, if not, they are amazingly stupid.

If you don’t like any of your gifts, handmade or shop-bought, why not donate them to a charity thrift store rather than tossing them in the trash? The items will be used by someone who wants or needs them, the giver won’t be insulted, and you won’t be sending usable goods to take up space in the land fill. You can even take a tax deduction for the charitable donation.
