Monta Ellis could return Thursday night

Golden State guard Monta Ellis could be returning to action on Thursday night when the Warriors face the Portland Trailblazers.

Ellis has missed the last five games with a sore back, along with knee and ankle sprains.

In 52 games this season, Monta is having a career year.  He is averaging 25.7 points, 5.3 assists, and 4.2 rebounds per game.

Thursday’s Warriors-Trailblazers game will be on TNT, 10:30 EST.
