Seahawks add Baker
The mass exodus of New England Patriots tight ends continues. After losing Ben Watson to the Cleveland Browns, the Patriots have now watched Chris Baker sign a two-year deal with the Seattle Seahawks. We doubt that anyone from the Patriots organization was actually on hand to actually witness the signing, that’s just the way we worded it.
According to Adam Schefter, who seems to appear in every single OTR post, it’s a two-year, $4.75 million deal. He’ll take home $2.75 million in 2010 after taxes.
The Patriots actually don’t care too much about this, they didn’t really try to sign either Baker or Watson. And we’ve been hearing that Baker was absolutely sick of playing with Tom Brady and wanted to go to a team that had a seriously declining QB with a bad back.

We look forward to not hearing Baker’s name for quite a while. Unless he starts complaining about the Seahawks front office like he did with the New York Jets.

Hi there,I’m a professional drummer and I’ve came up with a stupid principle that enables me to take a 15 min time out every a single hour of training. Now, each break I’ve to do something entirely different, so normally I go to Google and seek for the suggested last hour weblog. It’s fun to do some thing different and to find out about new points each and every day. By the way, today I’m playing. HandelHaydn. Your website is fantastic, I wish I could remain for a longer time, but I have to get back to play… Next time I’ll drop by again.
