Goodell plans to meet with Ben Roethlisberger
Even though charges have yet to be filed, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell plans to meet with Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger about the sexual assault allegations against him.
“At the appropriate time, I’ll be meeting with Ben,” Goodell said. “The most important thing is we take the issue seriously. We are concerned that Ben continues to put himself in this position.” The argument here is that it’s the positions he’s putting the girls in that’s the problem.

Goodell is expected to sit down with Ben at New York’s Sapphire Lounge during college night. NFL executives are debating whether or not that is the appropriate spot to hold such a meeting.
