Garnett suspended for Game 2

Boston Celtics big man Kevin Garnett will be suspended for Game 2 against the Miami Heat after throwing an elbow to the face of Quentin Richardson. Richardson was fined $25,000 for his role in a skirmish that essentially started when he went over to the Boston bench to have words with K.G. about a pick he apparently didn’t like.

Boston has a 1-0 series lead, but this suspension certainly helps the Heat for Game 2.
