Carlos Zambrano moved to bullpen
Chicago Cubs pitcher Carlos Zambrano, who is off to a bad start this season, is being moved to the bullpen, according to a Paul Sullivan tweet.
In Sullivan’s brief, but solid tweet, he insures fans that Z is “cool with the move,” as only Paul Sullivan would.
Zambrano is currently hitting .000 with eight at-bats and three strikeouts. With those stats, nobody can argue the move wasn’t warranted. The only hitter in MLB who has a worse batting average than Z is Atlanta Braves first baseman Troy Glaus who is batting -.090.
