Rafael Furcal headed to MPL (DL)

Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Rafael Furcal is doing what he does best, heading to the Mark Prior list with a sore left hamstring.

Furcal tweaked his hammy last Tuesday and hasn’t played since.  The move to the DL is retroactive to the day after he played his last game (April 28th), making Rafael eligible to be activated on May 14th.

Fantasy owners should not try to pick up his replacement Nick Green.  He isn’t that good.  If Green is your only choice, then just keep Furcal in your lineup.
