Orioles fire manager Dave Trembley
This isn’t terribly surprising. Dan Connolly of the Baltimore Sun reports that the Baltimore Orioles have fired manager Dave Trembley.
Trembley was the manager for the Orioles for most of the last four seasons. He finishes his sparkling tenure there with a 187-283 record.

Supposedly, this decision was made after the Orioles lost to the Yankees on Thursday 6-3. They are currently 15-39 and in last place in the AL East. Part of that can be attributed to them playing in a division full of studs. Part of that is due to the fact that they stink.
But as always, the coach/manager takes the fall for a team that can’t physically get it done on the field.
