Ward calls out Roethlisberger
Pittsburgh Steelers WR Hines Ward recently went on NFL Network’s “Total Access” and discussed the situation regarding QB Ben Roethlisberger. He said he wanted Ben to address his teammates, which hasn’t happened as of yet.
“A lot of players really don’t know the situation, other than what we hear in the news or the media,” Ward explained. “I think when he addresses the whole team going into training camp, we can all put it behind us and move forward.”
Yet another reason why Ben is a bad teammate. Remember punter Dan Sepulveda said a few months ago that his locker was smack next to Roethlisberger’s for several years and that he never really had a conversation with him? Isn’t that a little cold?
Yes, because of all the trouble that Ben is in (minimum four-game suspension to start 2010) or has escaped (at least two rapes), he has to get himself together and stop raping girls. But we don’t know if it said anywhere that he had to be a better teammate and communicate with his co-workers better.
Through all of this, it’s possible that he’ll still be a dick. We just hope he doesn’t keep raping girls.

I am not going to lie, you’ve lost me here. I know that you meant well and you clearly know what you’re talking about, but I cant say that I get where youre coming from. In the event you want people to understand your points, you need to consider the other side of the debate, too. Youve got a lot of knowledge, I’m sure. But, really frankly, you turned me off together with your tone.
