Kris Jenkins takes shot at former teammates

New York Jets defensive tackle Kris Jenkins likes some of the moves the team has made this offseason. In an interview with NFL Network Tuesday night, it seems as though he likes the fact that some guys are no longer around.
“We have great guys who have come in to step up and fill in a void of some of the big losses that we have had this (offseason),” Jenkins said. “In some other cases, we’ve had some real men come in and step in for the women that we lost. So we’re going to be okay. Don’t worry about it.”
Haha. That’s great. We have a feeling he’s referring to departed guard Alan Faneca and safety Kerry Rhodes. Too bad the Arizona Cardinals don’t play the Jets this year. That would have been great.
