Could Kindle miss his entire rookie year?
We mentioned earlier today that Baltimore Ravens rookie Sergio Kindle would miss training camp after he fractured his skull falling down two flights of stairs. Well, it could be worse.
Jason La Canfora said on NFL Network’s Total Access that Kindle could end up missing his entire rookie season.
At the very least, La Canfora expects Kindle to start the season on PUP and we agree completely. We actually think that’s a better idea, to ensure that he heals all the way before rushing back from such a serious head injury.
When you play defense for the Ravens, your job is to crack heads. It would not be desirable to try to do so while your own head is split.
