Revis is officially a holdout

Everyone made it very clear that New York Jets CB Darrelle Revis wasn’t officially a holdout until 5:00 PM on Sunday. And until that point, he wasn’t a holdout.
Ummm….now, he is.
“We waited until last possible minute with hope of getting something done. Darrelle won’t be there,” Revis’ camp told the New York Daily News in a statement.
“He was extremely disappointed. He was very deliberate with his family weighing everything in his decision,” Revis’ agent Neil Schwartz said.
We’ll see how long this lasts. The Jets know that they need to get Revis locked up long term. He’s probably the best cornerback in all of football, and his 2007 first-round contract doesn’t reflect that.
Expect Revis to get paid.

I am not gonna lie, you’ve lost me here. I realize that you just meant well and you certainly know what youre referring to, but I cant say that I get where youre coming from. In case you want folks to understand your points, you need to think of the other side of the discussion, too. Youve got a wealth of knowledge, I’m sure. But, rather frankly, you turned me off together with your tone.
