Youkilis to have season-ending surgery on thumb
The Boston Red Sox were already involved in an uphill battle in the AL East. They are 6.5 games back of the first-place New York Yankees, and the Tampa Bay Rays are just a half a game out themselves.
So, when Kevin Youkilis went to the DL, it was pretty bad. And, according to Amalie Benjamin of Boston.com, he’ll now miss the entire season after he has surgery on his thumb.
“Youkilis will have season-ending thumb surgery tomorrow in Cleveland. #redsox,” she tweets.
Ouch.
He’ll be in a cast for at least six weeks, so even if the Red Sox make some sort of run, he won’t be available. One would have to think this will do it for the 2010 Red Sox.

I think if he is really overweight, maybe, I had a puch from my two kids and looked like I was three months pregnant…still. The army ran me six miles almost every day and then I stood all day in a motorpool, I was tired, but i still had the weight and I did remedial PT (pT twice a day) or ran on my own. I adventually got lipo and they cut off the excess fat (abdominal plasty) and it cost me 8 thousand dollars. I think if th efat os very stubborn and will not go away, then maybe, but I would wait until after being at a unit for a while, people tend to loose weight in basic and AIT and more when they get to their unit, because they run more miles then they did at basic and AIT. If they are continually get weighed for body fat after a PT test, then yea, the weight will be a problem and if diet and exercise has not worked, OK.

It will take as long as the doc says. Wear the rubber bands, day and night…do not double up. And you are just going to have to deal…it will be worth it in the end. As for a retainer, once you get one you will probably have to wear it for several years… though usually only at night. Good Luck

Call company and get a new one without mentioning the whole smoking problem. computer circuits don’t like heat so will not work till cooler I’m sure. Usually dry in some rice (uncooked). this will pull moisture out. Hope you bought the warranty

get a cheap wooden pictute frame. put around the frame things and symbols that are important to you and your friends. and put a nice picture of you all together on the inside. or a collage of you and some stuff you like to do. go to DIY.com they have tones of examples of things like this.

Well, it looks like you are doing the right things, but the best is to make it a habit. Always eat healthy foods, excercise regularly and you should get good results. If you already lost all of that weight, apparently what you’re doing is right, just stick to it, because nobody is going to give you a magic solution to lose weight.

Guess what…. they are waiting for Monday then they can tell you the Fares have gone up. I go to Art Institute Online (aii.com) and it is definitly teaching me alot. Two years for a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design. What makes me believe that they are real (you know what I mean) is because you can go to their campus (they have em all over) or go online so it’s not like some online scam. I think the cost for ID was like 75K if I am not mistaken, I could be way off. Go check em out.

I would suggest a good calcium +D vitamin to help her bones. Add to that a glucosamine chondroitin which would help with joint pain. Last I would make sure she starts drinking a protein supplement like ensure or boost may even be better. The protein will help her to feel a little bit stronger and provide her with more energy. For a security guard license you must take an 8 hour pre-licensing class and when completed you will get a certificate.Go to any employer with the certificate and if hired they will file the application along with your fingerprints.Once you start work you will also have to take a 16 hour orientation class and then your license is renewed every 2 years.Every year you will also have to take an 8 hour refresher class.The cost for each class is approximately $50.00 .Look in your local newspapers under security training.
