Red Sox sign Delgado

The Boston Red Sox have been banged up as much as anyone in MLB this year, if not more so (it’s probably a close race between them and the Philadelphia Phillies). And with Kevin Youkilis now out for the year, the Red Sox have turned to Carlos Delgado for help (sort of).
According Foxsports.com’s Ken Rosenthal, Boston signed Delgado to a minor league contract.
“Delgado will be paid at rate of 20,000 per month at AAA and receive pro-rated portion of 3M in majors. #RedSox agree not to offer arb. #MLB,” he tweets.
Delgado has not played in an MLB game since last May and would become a free agent if he isn’t called up by September 1st.
Nice post! GA is also my biggest earning. However, it’s not a much.
