Boyfriend of the Year nominee: Lance Stephenson
It would seem like the Indiana Pacers really got themselves a steal in the year’s draft when they picked up University of Cincinnati point guard Lance Stephenson. Not only could he help the Pacers on the court, it sounds like he’s a role model off of the court as well.
The 19-year old Stephenson was arrested Sunday morning after he pushed his girlfriend (and mother of his child), Jasmine Williams, head first down a flight of 10 steps. The 21-year old woman was treated at the hospital for head and neck injuries.
He is charged with the felony of second-degree assault.
Stephenson was supposed to be a first-round pick, but he dropped to the second round due to – *Gasp!!* – off-the-court character issues. Apparently, he sexually abused a 17-year old girl in Lincoln High School back in 2008.
We’ve heard it’s tough to get out of abusive relationships, but Jasmine, if you stay with this dude, we don’t know what to tell you. It already sucks that he’ll be in your life forever because you made a smart decision and had a kid with him. Sounds like he’ll be a great dad, you might want to get full custody with no visitation rights….if such a thing exists.

What I do not understand is how you are not even a lot more famous than you’re now. Youre just so wise. You know so much about this topic, got me to think about it from so many various angles.
