Tebow is No. 2 QB, will play Sunday vs. Jacksonville

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Denver Broncos have designated Tim Tebow as their second quarterback on Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars. We’re also told that he will actually get in the game and play today.
Brady Quinn will be the third-string QB, and that’s still probably too high for some people’s liking.

It’s kind of ironic that Tebow’s first game will be in Jacksonville. Remember Wayne Weaver talking about how much he’d like to have him on the team. It probably had less to do with his abilities as a football player and more to do with the fact that he might have been able to help put some rear ends in the seats.
