McFadden showed up Monday on crutches

Fantasy owners of Oakland Raiders’ stud RB Darren McFadden were delighted on Sunday after he left the game with a foot injury after doing absolutely nothing. However, that’s not truly the case if your team is so awful that you also have Michael Bush in your starting lineup. Hey, I got a lot of injuries, ok?!

While it sounded like McFadden should be fine after resting through the bye week, it still doesn’t look good when he showed up to the practice facility on Monday on crutches.

“#Raiders RB Darren McFadden entered the practice facility on crutches today Sustained sprained foot in yesterday’s game @957thegame,” tweets 95.7 The Game reporter John Dickinson.

Yeah.

Head coach Hue Jackson wouldn’t comment on the injury specifically, but said we’ll know more going forward. Hopefully, it’s not serious and the extra week of rest gets him back on the field so he can work towards his next injury.

UPDATE: Jackson said it’s a mid-foot sprain.
