Mayweather, Jr. sentenced to 90 days in jail
Floyd Mayweather, Jr. likes to fight. In the ring, out of the ring, he doesn’t care.
He apparently didn’t care back in 2010 when he allegedly roughed up his girlfriend and threatened two of their kids during an argument at her home. He was facing felony charges for the incident.
Well, he pleaded guilty to the lesser charges of domestic violence battery and harassment charges, and will now serve 90 days in jail. He will also pay a $2,500 fine (that’s gonna hurt the kids’ Christmas) and serve 100 hours of community service.
It’s safe to say that no one will mess with him in prison.
But, finally, with his legal case resolved, they can go back to dragging their feet on a Mayweather/Pacquiao fight.
