Apparently, Roger Goodell was sufficiently pleased by Ben’s progress as a human being and doesn’t think he’s going to rape anyone any time soon. “Roethlisberger’s suspension is 4 games. He has left [...]

Could Revis be done with the Jets?

Let us preface this by saying that this seems to be one writer’s speculation. We kept looking for a quote or a source in this story and didn’t find one. But, Jason Cole of Yahoo! Sports says that if the New York Jets don’t come to an agreement with all-world CB Darrelle Revis soon, the [...]

Anyone that has watched the Philadelphia Eagles this preseason will tell you that one of the team’s biggest problems is the interior of the offensive line (I could complain about Jason Peters too, but I won’t…for now). Well, a big part of the problem is poor center play. Nick Cole is not a center. He’s [...]

Davis and Crabtree get into it at practice

Practice disputes happen all the time in the NFL. Players don’t like being blocked or hit a spoken to a certain way, and they get pissy. But, rarely does the scuffle result in both men being sent to the locker room with the head coach for a period of time. That’s what happened today at [...]

Contrary to public opinion, the New England Patriots aren’t very good on the defensive side of the ball. Lately, they’ve been weak in the secondary and don’t have a great pass rush. Now, things have gotten worse. The Patriots have sent their top cornerback Leigh Bodden to injured reserve. That’s huge. He has a torn [...]
